The responsibility of the Board of Directors shall extend to:

  • Determining the policy of the Corporation;
  • Entering into contracts;
  • Assuming an active role in development;
  • Preparing the annual budget for submission to the Members;
  • Confirming committee members and chairpersons;
  • Electing the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Directors;
  • Reporting to the Members of the Corporation at the annual meeting;
  • Electing the Officers of the Corporation.
